Funding & Withdrawing

Fund your wallet to pay for service calls. Withdraw your earnings at any time. Everything is managed from the Finance tab.

The Finance tab

Click Finance in the sidebar to open the financial management page. This tab contains all deposit, withdrawal, swap, and threshold controls.

Balance card

At the top of the Finance tab, a balance card shows your current holdings:

Buy USDC with a credit or debit card

The fastest way to fund a new control center. Sertone has a built-in card purchase option: click one button, buy USDC inside a secure popup, and the funds arrive in your wallet automatically — no exchange account, no copy-pasting addresses, no minimum order.

How to use it

  1. Open the Finance tab in your control center
  2. Scroll to Fund Your Control Center and click Buy USDC with Credit Card
  3. A secure Coinbase purchase window opens in a small popup
  4. Select your payment method — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer
  5. Enter the amount you want to buy
  6. Complete the payment flow
  7. USDC arrives in your wallet automatically — your wallet address is pre-filled, nothing to copy

Your card details stay with Coinbase. The purchase window is a Coinbase-hosted page. Sertone never sees your payment information. USDC is sent directly to your control center wallet on the Base network.

Depositing from an exchange or wallet

The "Fund Your Control Center" section shows:

Send USDC or ETH to this address from any wallet or exchange you trust (Tangem, Ledger, MetaMask, Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, etc.). No wallet connection is needed — just send to the address on the Base network. The control center detects incoming transfers automatically.

Recommended starting balance: $5–10 USDC is enough for hundreds of service calls. A small amount of ETH (a few dollars) covers transaction fees for months. If the card option is unavailable in your region, use this standard deposit address from any exchange that supports Base.

Withdrawing funds

The "Withdraw Earnings" section lets you send tokens from your control center to any wallet address:

  1. Select the Token dropdown: USDC or ETH
  2. Enter the destination address (0x...)
  3. Enter the amount (for USDC; ETH sends the full balance minus gas reserve)
  4. Confirm with your admin password
  5. Click Send

USDC to ETH swap

If you need ETH for gas fees but only have USDC, the control center can swap for you. Two modes are available:

Thresholds and auto-pause

Configure balance thresholds to trigger alerts and auto-pause:

Enable auto-pause to automatically stop serving paid service calls when your balance drops below thresholds. Demo mode continues to work while paused. You can also manually Pause Now or Resume.

Transaction history

The History section at the bottom of the Finance tab shows a table of all financial activity:

ColumnDescription
TimeWhen the transaction occurred
ActionType of transaction (deposit, withdrawal, swap, payment, earning)
TokenUSDC or ETH
AmountHow much was transferred
DetailAdditional context (e.g., destination address, API name)
TXTransaction reference link

Wallet management

An expandable "Wallet Management" section provides advanced options:

Back up your wallet. Export a backup from Settings > Backup. If you lose access to your control center without a backup, your funds cannot be recovered.

Owner earnings

When a consumer calls your API, USDC is transferred to your wallet automatically. You can see your earnings on the Dashboard and withdraw at any time from this Finance tab.
